- • Build profitable new business relationships by strategically partnering with a financial institution referral partner in the Fairfield, Middlesex, and New Haven counties market.
- • Identify sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of clients, local markets, and Elavon’s payment solutions and services.
- • Deliver sales presentations to contracted partners and prospective clients to articulate the value and benefits of Elavon’s products and services.
- • Develop and maintain an effective referral network and structured call program to drive consistent sales growth.
- • Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- • Establish and nurture internal relationships across departments to support sales objectives and customer success.
- • Build and maintain positive public relationships within the community to enhance Elavon’s brand image and generate new business leads.
- • Travel as required to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events within the designated Connecticut market area.
- • Utilize strong negotiation and business development skills to close deals and expand account portfolios.
- • Resolve client concerns creatively and efficiently to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
- • Manage multiple sales projects, deadlines, and client demands simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written channels with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- • Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex sales scenarios and client needs.
- • Adhere to U.S. Bank’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as all applicable regulatory and compliance policies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- • Ability to travel
