- • As an Outside Sales Representative for Pair Eyewear, you will own a territory focused on opening new doors and deepening relationships with existing independent optical retailers, serving as a strategic partner to drive growth and brand presence.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and close new accounts, manage the full sales cycle, conduct business reviews, represent the brand at trade shows and events, analyze sales data to inform strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to address account needs and feedback.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in optical industry sales, sharpen your consultative selling and data-driven territory planning skills, and build long-term partnerships that directly impact revenue growth and market expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of outside sales, territory sales, or account management experience
- • Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing territory revenue
- • Experience within the optical industry, including independent practices, optical chains, or wholesale eyewear
- • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop territory strategies
- • Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, customer activity, and forecasting

- • Pay range expected between $70,000 - $100,000, including base salary, commission, and bonus
