📋 Description

  • Senior Channel Account Manager role focused on driving partner-sourced pipeline and bookings across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region by developing and managing key relationships with national, regional, and MSSP channel partners.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding high-impact partners, creating and maintaining Partner Account Plans with measurable objectives, coordinating demand generation with channel marketing, aligning with regional sales teams to connect prospects with partners, serving as a strategic liaison between field leadership and partner executives, conducting partner training sessions, advocating for partner interests internally, and developing expertise in channel operations such as deal registration and incentive platforms.
  • Abnormal Security Corporation is a fast-growing cybersecurity company leveraging AI to stop email-based attacks, with a collaborative, detail-oriented Channel Management team that works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in channel partner management, drive measurable pipeline growth, strengthen strategic partner relationships, and gain experience influencing cross-functional initiatives while representing Abnormal’s value in a competitive market.

  • Experience working with and strong understanding of partner dynamics in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex value propositions to diverse audiences
  • Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, business development, and customer success teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach in dynamic or resource-constrained environments

🏖️ Benefits

  • Base salary range of $140,280 to $165,000 USD
