  • • Lead and scale the Enterprise Sales team in Chicago as a Regional Vice President, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales culture in a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing Enterprise Account Executives, driving regional revenue attainment and pipeline generation, building strategic territory and account plans, partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, establishing operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline management, recruiting and retaining top sales talent, developing executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers, and providing accurate forecasting and business insights to senior leadership.
  • • 7AI is at the forefront of applying AI to cybersecurity, leveraging swarming AI agents to help defenders offload non-human work, shift focus to strategic outcomes, and combat the rising speed and sophistication of AI-powered attacks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in the cybersecurity space
  • • Experience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellers
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
  • • Strong executive presence with experience selling into complex enterprise organizations
  • • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
