  • • In this 100% hunter role, you will be at the forefront of engaging business owners and restaurateurs, initiating face-to-face conversations to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
  • • You will proactively identify opportunities within partner locations, such as Restaurant Depot, to introduce the power of Clover and BentoBox, Fiserv's integrated commerce solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by scheduling in-person appointments at their restaurants or businesses.
  • • During these appointments, you will conduct compelling demonstrations, showcasing the tangible value of Clover and BentoBox in streamlining operations, improving customer experiences, and ultimately boosting revenue.
  • • Leverage your deep product knowledge to educate potential customers on the capabilities of our advanced POS systems and online ordering platforms.
  • • Employ personalized, consultative selling strategies to convert interested leads into loyal, long-term Fiserv clients.
  • • A key part of your role will involve the hands-on installation of Clover systems at client locations, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • • You will also provide comprehensive, hands-on training to clients and their staff, empowering them to utilize the Clover system to its fullest potential for optimal business performance.
  • • Uphold Fiserv's core values by maintaining the highest ethical standards in all interactions and fostering genuine, trust-based connections with both clients and colleagues.
  • • This role requires dedicated travel within the Providence, RI area, working collaboratively with Restaurant Depot locations to effectively introduce Clover to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • • You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, contributing directly to the growth and success of the Restaurants Solutions division.
  • • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Fiserv product enhancements to maintain a competitive edge and provide the most relevant solutions to clients.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams, including support and technical specialists, to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through post-installation.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for Fiserv and Clover, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
  • • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
  • • Analyze client business needs and recommend appropriate hardware, software, and service packages that align with their operational goals and financial objectives.
  • • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, utilizing CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • • Proactively seek out and engage with new prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the ROI and benefits of Fiserv's solutions.
  • • Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and insights with fellow sales representatives.
