- • As an Outsourcing and Logistics Specialist at StickerYou, you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving—ensuring outsourcing orders are accurately managed in our systems and quickly resolving outbound logistics issues in close collaboration with carriers and the shipping analyst. Your work will have a direct impact on timely fulfillment and an outstanding customer experience, helping us consistently raise the bar on customer satisfaction.
- • You’ll enter and process information into systems with meticulous attention to detail, support the sales team for timely order placement with multiple outsource partners, track and monitor vendor orders from placement to delivery, assist with month-end vendor performance tracking and margin discrepancies, review and verify data for errors, assist with data entry and analysis, deliver outstanding customer service via professional email etiquette, apply product knowledge to ensure accurate orders, gather customer tax information for customs paperwork, and manage relations with FedEx and customs agents for seamless delivery operations.
- • You’ll partner across sales, production teams, and a wide network of outsourcing partners to drive a smooth, efficient purchase order to customer delivery process in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where things are always evolving—gaining hands-on exposure to international logistics and cross-functional operations across regions and teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience in online order entry or customer support roles
- • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools
- • Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- • Strong analytical, creative, and practical problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor coordination, along with familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, and purchase order management (considered an asset)
- • Available full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, with flexibility if required
- • Reliable high speed internet access and computer
