- • Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable and stable business growth across EMEA markets.
- • Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models to maintain compliance and operational continuity.
- • Continuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape shifts and evolving market conditions in overseas jurisdictions.
- • Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding processes, segmentation frameworks, and incentive structures to enhance merchant participation and retention.
- • Maintain close engagement with key P2P merchants to ensure deep liquidity, competitive spreads, and consistent trading volume.
- • Improve P2P transaction completion rates, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance through operational refinements and process enhancements.
- • Develop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operations to standardize best practices and scale effectively.
- • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows, user interfaces, and feature design based on regional needs.
- • Provide structured feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and behavioral differences observed across EMEA markets to guide product roadmap decisions.
- • Improve end-to-end operational efficiency by optimizing order flow, payment processing, and dispute handling mechanisms.
- • Monitor core P2P KPIs including trading volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, and dispute rate to track performance and identify trends.
- • Conduct in-depth data analysis and anomaly detection to uncover growth bottlenecks, risk patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- • Track competitor strategies—including pricing, incentives, merchant policies, and risk models—and propose data-driven strategic responses to maintain market competitiveness.
- • Fluently communicate in English to coordinate cross-regionally with global teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred
- • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)
- • Experience working at major crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, or Bitget
- • Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics, spread formation, and regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails)
- • Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes
- • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
