- • Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) at OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd. drives strategic growth and operational excellence across key overseas markets, ensuring sustainable expansion of the peer-to-peer trading ecosystem in alignment with OKX’s mission to reshape the future through crypto and advance individual financial freedom.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing regional P2P expansion strategies, monitoring regulatory impacts, optimizing merchant onboarding and incentive structures, maintaining key merchant relationships for liquidity and competitiveness, improving transaction completion rates and dispute resolution, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance workflows, analyzing core KPIs (volume, active users, spreads, completion/dispute rates), conducting anomaly detection, and tracking competitor strategies to inform strategic responses.
- • The team operates within OKX, a leading global crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, part of OKG, a group dedicated to bringing blockchain value to users worldwide through products like OKX, OKX Wallet, and OKLink. - • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in scaling P2P markets in complex regulatory environments, gain deep insight into regional payment infrastructures and merchant ecosystems, sharpen data-driven decision-making and competitive analysis skills, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact OKX’s global market position and user trust in crypto trading.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred
- • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)
- • Experience at major exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, Bitget)
- • Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics, spread formation, and regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails)
- • Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes
- • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Fluent in English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plus
