📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable and stable business growth across overseas markets outside Mainland China.
• Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models to maintain compliance and operational continuity.
• Continuously adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape shifts, pricing changes, and merchant policy updates from rivals like Binance, Bybit, and Bitget.
• Design and optimize advertiser (merchant) onboarding processes, segmentation frameworks, and incentive structures to enhance liquidity and merchant retention.
• Maintain close engagement with key P2P merchants to ensure deep liquidity, competitive spreads, and high trading volume stability.
• Improve P2P transaction completion rates, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance through operational refinements and feedback loops.
• Develop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operations to standardize performance metrics and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows, feature design, and user experience based on regional behavioral insights.
• Provide structured feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and regional operational differences to drive product roadmap alignment.
• Improve end-to-end operational efficiency across order flow, payment processing, and dispute handling systems.
• Monitor core P2P KPIs including trading volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, and dispute rate to track performance and identify trends.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and anomaly detection to uncover growth bottlenecks, risk patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
• Track competitor strategies on pricing, incentives, merchant policies, and risk models to formulate strategic countermeasures and market positioning.
• Fluently communicate in English to coordinate cross-region initiatives, document operational standards, and report to global stakeholders.
• Leverage understanding of regional payment systems including bank transfers, local e-wallets, and alternative payment rails to tailor P2P solutions.
• Adapt operational strategy dynamically in response to market volatility, regulatory changes, and competitive pressures in overseas jurisdictions.
• Apply data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives that maximize P2P market share, liquidity, and user retention.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to align operational goals with company-wide objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)
• Experience at major crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, or Bitget
• Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics, spread formation, and regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails)
• Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
