- • The Lead Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of solutions and services, and partnering with senior account leaders to support account outcomes.
- • Day-to-day duties include serving as a support point of contact for assigned clients under senior account executives, collecting and verifying client information and documentation for insurance requests (applications, claims, policy changes, renewals), reviewing forms for accuracy and completeness, following up on missing information, assisting with client onboarding and account setup, monitoring accounts for accuracy and timely service delivery, supporting preparation of presentations and proposals, gathering client feedback, and collaborating with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- • 3-5 years of progressive experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Experience supporting account objectives and contributing to revenue and retention goals.
- • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
