- • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Paid Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This pivotal role will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and scaling our paid acquisition strategies from the ground up, ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of both developers and businesses at scale.
- • This is a high-ownership position, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of Linq's growth. You will be empowered to set the strategic direction for our paid channels, meticulously manage significant ad spend, and be directly accountable for achieving ambitious pipeline targets. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving measurable business outcomes and establishing Linq as a leader in AI-powered messaging solutions.
- • As our first dedicated paid acquisition hire, you will have the autonomy to build and optimize a robust paid acquisition engine. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of a diverse range of paid channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and potentially emerging platforms tailored for developer communities and AI-focused tools like ChatGPT. This breadth of responsibility requires a strategic thinker who can identify and leverage the most effective platforms for our target audiences.
- • You will be tasked with designing, building, and continuously optimizing campaigns across various formats – search, display, and social media advertising. A key focus will be on tailoring these campaigns to resonate with both developer audiences, who are crucial for adopting our infrastructure, and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) seeking to leverage AI for enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with our growth and product teams to conceptualize and implement high-converting landing pages and streamlined conversion flows. This cross-functional partnership will ensure that our paid efforts are seamlessly integrated with our product offerings and user experience, maximizing the effectiveness of every click and impression.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves establishing a comprehensive attribution and reporting infrastructure. You will be responsible for defining key metrics, setting up tracking mechanisms, and developing robust reporting frameworks that provide clear insights into campaign performance. This data-driven approach will be essential for understanding what strategies are yielding the best results and for making informed decisions to optimize spend and maximize return on investment.
- • You will meticulously manage budget allocation across all paid channels, employing sophisticated bid strategies to consistently achieve our target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals. This financial acumen and strategic resource management are paramount to sustainable growth.
