- • As a Paid Ads Manager specializing in HVAC and home-services industries, you will play a critical role in driving measurable business outcomes for clients by managing and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase booked jobs, and improve return on ad spend—directly contributing to client growth and Hangar Aviation Technologies’ reputation as a trusted partner in performance marketing.
- • You will own the end-to-end execution of paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), ensuring campaigns are precisely tuned to the unique dynamics of service-based businesses, including seasonal demand fluctuations, hyper-local targeting, lead quality benchmarks, and call-centric conversion tracking, all while maintaining rigorous performance accountability.
- • Day to day, you will manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Video, Remarketing), Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), making data-driven adjustments to bids, audiences, ad copy, and landing page experiences to maximize calls, leads, booked jobs, and ROAS while minimizing CPA.
- • You will support the planning and optimization of upper-funnel initiatives by collaborating closely with external Programmatic Display and Connected TV (CTV) vendors, aligning targeting, messaging, budget pacing, and performance feedback to ensure seamless integration between brand awareness and direct-response efforts.
- • You will implement, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion and call tracking systems using GA4, Google Ads, and platforms like WhatConverts or CallRail, ensuring accurate attribution and reliable data for optimization decisions.
- • You will apply and refine automated bidding strategies such as Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, and Target ROAS, tailoring them to the lead-generation and service-booking behaviors typical of HVAC and home-services clients.
- • You will analyze campaign performance regularly to uncover trends, identify underperforming elements, and surface scaling opportunities, translating insights into actionable optimization plans.
- • You will assist in testing and evaluating emerging lead-generation channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and new ad networks, documenting results to inform future strategy and innovation.
- • You will document workflows, optimization checklists, and best practices to promote consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the team and client accounts.
- • You will leverage AI-powered automation and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, automated scripts) to streamline routine tasks, enhance insight generation, and focus more time on strategic decision-making.
- • You will stay current on platform policy updates, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices specific to local and home-services industries, ensuring compliance and competitive advantage.
- • You will work within a remote-first, globally distributed team that values autonomy, accountability, and results, collaborating with US- and UK-based clients and internal stakeholders through Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in niche vertical marketing, become a trusted authority on home-services paid media, and build a portfolio of proven, scalable campaigns that demonstrate your ability to drive real business impact—positioning you for long-term growth in performance marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on paid ads experience specifically within HVAC or home-services/service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, junk removal, etc.)
- • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing, Display)
- • Experience working in an Agency environment
- • Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals
- • Experience using automated bidding and conversion-focused strategies
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions
- • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for local or lead-generation use cases
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
