  • • As a Paid Digital Media Manager at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of performance marketing, specializing in driving tangible results for SaaS and Tech companies. You will leverage our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes the delivery of qualified leads (SQLs) and actual customers over traditional marketing metrics. This role is client-facing and integral to our mission of creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that consistently help our clients achieve their SQL targets.
  • • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, acting as a direct point of contact for our clients. This involves developing and executing custom client strategies, ensuring seamless execution of Paid Media deliverables, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • • A key aspect of this role is building and nurturing strong client relationships, which will be instrumental in driving referrals and expanding our service offerings. You will be tasked with developing strategic plans for clients on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with their evolving business objectives and market dynamics.
  • • You will possess the autonomy and responsibility to create, maintain, and meticulously optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across a diverse range of channels. This requires a deep understanding of each client's unique positioning, their competitive landscape, and their distinct value propositions to craft campaigns that resonate and perform.
  • • A critical function will be to ensure the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, confirming that the valuable leads generated by our campaigns are efficiently directed to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up and conversion.
  • • You will gain valuable experience and understanding of the strategic importance and execution of Programmatic campaigns, recognizing their role in a holistic paid media strategy.
  • • This role demands a high degree of personal productivity and utilization, ensuring that you are managing your workload effectively and contributing to the overall success of the team and agency.
  • • You will work in close collaboration with the Associate Director of Paid Media to ensure that both internal agency goals and client objectives are not only met but consistently exceeded.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include the hands-on execution and continuous optimization of PPC advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This involves in-depth keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and implementing precise audience targeting strategies to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • You will be expected to analyze campaign performance data rigorously, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and advanced Excel functions to extract actionable insights. These insights will form the basis for data-driven decision-making and continuous campaign optimization.
  • • Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive measurable results, particularly in relation to Octane Conversion Tracking (OCT) and other key performance metrics that demonstrate client growth and success.
  • • You will be expected to demonstrate proven and measurable success with mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, showcasing your ability to handle complex client needs and deliver significant impact.
  • • A unique perspective on how to drive value specifically for B2B SaaS and technology clients is highly valued, contributing to our agency's thought leadership and innovative approach.
  • • You must possess the ability to translate complex strategic concepts and campaign performance data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients and internal teams.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are a blend of competitive drive and insatiable curiosity, embodying the spirit of a true problem solver who thrives on challenges.
  • • You should be at the cutting edge of the digital marketing industry, constantly seeking opportunities for professional growth, learning, and sharing knowledge with your peers.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills are paramount, enabling you to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • • A deep commitment to quality is essential; you must be passionate about advertising and maintain a high standard of work that reflects our agency's values.
  • • While the role is primarily remote, there may be an occasional requirement to travel to visit clients, approximately once per year per client or as business needs dictate.
  • • You will embody Directive's core values in every interaction, fostering a positive and collaborative environment both internally and externally.
  • • Success will involve effectively managing a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise-level accounts, ensuring their strategic needs are met and their campaigns are optimized for peak performance.
  • • You will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding department-level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), focusing on client growth, goal attainment, and overall client satisfaction.
  • • Building strong client trust and fostering enduring relationships will be key to ensuring consistent contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • • You will actively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional agency services that align with client goals and objectives, contributing to their broader success.
  • • Clearly and effectively communicating campaign results, strategic insights, and future recommendations to client points of contact and executive leadership will be a regular responsibility.
  • • Demonstrating exceptional decision-making capabilities, particularly as it relates to the strategic direction and optimization of client accounts, is critical for success in this role.
