To fuel this ambitious growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and driven Paid Marketing Manager to join our team. Your primary mission will be to accelerate Saltz's growth by scaling our digital marketing channels, establishing a predictable and efficient engine for customer acquisition.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and owning our paid acquisition strategy end-to-end. You will be responsible for establishing performance marketing as a central pillar of our growth strategy, driving efficient customer acquisition to support our rapid expansion into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on a core revenue stream that directly influences our Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and customer retention.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns. You will strategize, execute, and meticulously optimize campaigns across key platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and a significant component on Google Ads. The overarching goal will be to consistently lower our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling effectively.
- • You will take full ownership of the paid acquisition funnel. This includes everything from the initial creative conceptualization and strategic channel selection to the ongoing, data-driven optimization of campaigns and comprehensive reporting. You will be the architect of our paid growth, ensuring every dollar spent is working as hard as possible.
- • A deep dive into marketing analytics will be crucial. You will leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM), alongside other data analysis platforms, to inform your campaign decisions. By understanding the intricacies of our marketing data and business unit economics, you will identify key growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- • Operating in a dynamic startup environment requires agility and a proactive mindset. You will navigate this landscape by managing hyper-localized campaigns, making daily adjustments to maximize impact, and optimizing performance even with initially efficient budgets. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience running successful paid acquisition campaigns in global markets.
- • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a significant emphasis on Meta Ads.
- • Mandatory B2B marketing experience.
- • Exceptional marketing analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other data analysis tools.
- • Proven experience in scaling marketing budgets significantly while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
- • A hands-on, proactive mindset with comfort in end-to-end campaign management.
