  • • Are you a performance marketing maestro with a passion for driving tangible results for B2B SaaS and Tech companies? Directive Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Paid Media Manager (internally known as Account Strategist, Paid Media) to join our dynamic, remote team across Canada. At Directive, we don't just manage campaigns; we implement our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, a strategic framework designed to deliver qualified leads (SQLs) and ultimately, customers, moving beyond vanity metrics. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing cutting-edge paid media strategies that directly impact our clients' growth and success.
  • • As a Paid Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valuable clients. Your day-to-day will involve the meticulous creation, management, and optimization of custom paid media strategies across various channels. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of deliverables, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve and surpass client objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to deepen your expertise in crafting high-performing paid strategies specifically for enterprise SaaS businesses, contributing directly to their market leadership.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass overseeing and leading a collection of paid media accounts with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. You will act as the direct support for client contacts, building trust and ensuring their needs are consistently met. Regular communication with vendors and operational partners will be essential to maintain alignment on tasks, uphold work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow. A significant aspect of this role involves building and refining client strategies on a quarterly basis, aligning with their evolving business goals and market dynamics. You will possess the autonomy to create, maintain, and meticulously optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of resource allocation and ROI maximization.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with gaining a profound understanding of each client's unique market positioning and their distinct value propositions. This insight will inform your strategic recommendations and campaign creative. You will also be responsible for confirming the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, ensuring that the valuable leads generated by your campaigns are effectively captured and actioned. A solid grasp of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns will be a key asset in your strategic toolkit. You will be accountable for your personal productivity and utilization, managing your workload efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations. Working in close collaboration with the Associate Director, you will ensure that both internal team and client goals are consistently achieved, contributing to the overall success of Directive Consulting.
  • • Your hands-on execution will involve optimizing PPC advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This includes rigorous keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, and precise audience targeting to maximize return on investment. You will be instrumental in driving measurable results, with a focus on key performance indicators that align with our Customer Generation methodology. Success in this role is defined by your ability to build client trust and foster relationships that lead to consistent renewals, and by your capacity to identify and cross-sell additional services that genuinely align with client goals and objectives. You will be expected to clearly communicate campaign results and strategic insights to client points of contact and executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable narratives. Exceptional decision-making skills, particularly concerning the strategic direction of accounts, will be paramount. Ultimately, you will embody Directive's core values through every interaction, both internally and externally, contributing to a collaborative and results-driven environment.
