- • Join ReHire Solutions LLC, a rapidly expanding international advertising agency, as a Paid Media Specialist and play a pivotal role in our digital advertising efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the Digital Directorate, managing a diverse portfolio of active B2B and financial institution client accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving performance, meticulous optimization, and delivering strategic reporting that translates into tangible client success.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of 6 to 8 active client accounts concurrently. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to ensure each client receives dedicated attention and strategic execution.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, optimization, and scaling of advertising campaigns across a variety of powerful platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. A key aspect of this role is staying abreast of emerging platforms and identifying opportunities to leverage new channels for client growth.
- • A critical component of your daily routine will involve the diligent monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and overall ad performance. You will proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven adjustments to ensure campaigns are always operating at peak efficiency.
- • You will gain specialized experience managing accounts within the financial sector, including cooperatives and B2B financial services. This necessitates a deep understanding of the unique advertising restrictions and compliance requirements inherent to this industry, ensuring all campaigns are executed ethically and effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in Paid Media management.
- • Proven track record of successfully managing advertising accounts for B2B clients and/or financial institutions, understanding their specific needs and constraints.
- • Advanced proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads (including Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- • Experience managing campaigns with variable budgets, ranging from small to large scale, demonstrating adaptability and strategic allocation.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to directly engage with clients, explain campaign performance, and build strong relationships.
- • Experience utilizing reporting tools (ideally Reporte or similar) for data analysis and presentation.
- • Desirable: Experience with TikTok Ads or Spotify Ads.
