📋 Description

• As a Paid Media Specialist at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a strategic architect of full-funnel performance marketing, driving measurable growth by integrating Search, Video, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms to align with broader marketing initiatives like Paid Social, Organic, and ABM.
• You will own end-to-end campaign lifecycle management—from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting—managing high-scale budgets with precision to maximize ROAS, incremental conversions, and brand impact while staying ahead of platform innovations and privacy-driven shifts.
• You will act as the critical liaison between performance data and creative teams, translating complex analytics into actionable creative feedback that enhances video and static asset effectiveness, ensuring messaging resonates across the customer journey.
• You will communicate multi-channel performance insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, distilling technical data into strategic business narratives that inform budget allocation, forecasting, and growth planning.
• You will join a high-performing, innovative performance marketing team at ServiceTitan—a fast-growing SaaS leader empowering trades businesses—where your work directly contributes to scalable customer acquisition and market expansion in North America.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and closed-loop attribution while developing leadership skills in stakeholder influence, strategic storytelling, and data-driven decision-making—positioning you for advancement into senior performance marketing or growth leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads, with proven success overseeing multi-million dollar annual budgets.
• Mastery of Google Ads Editor and deep technical proficiency in integrating ad platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for closed-loop reporting and data-driven optimization.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to articulate and leverage the 'Halo Effect'—understanding how top-of-funnel visual media drives bottom-of-funnel search volume and conversions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and innovative approach to testing new betas, audience segments, and bidding strategies, with awareness of industry shifts such as privacy changes and AI-driven automation.
