  • • As a Paid Media Lead at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable business outcomes for B2B SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution that focuses on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and customers—not just vanity metrics like MQLs. This role is central to Directive’s Customer Generation methodology, which aligns marketing efforts directly with revenue impact, making your work essential to client success and agency growth.
  • • You will oversee and lead a portfolio of paid media accounts, serving as the primary client contact while managing day-to-day deliverables, building quarterly strategies, optimizing budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, and ensuring lead routing accuracy in CRM systems. Your responsibilities include executing and optimizing PPC campaigns through keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and audience targeting, while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain high work quality and drive referrals through strong client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency
  • • Proven experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
  • • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools
  • • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms to make data-driven optimization decisions
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain high utilization and personal productivity
  • • Demonstrated success driving measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts, including budget management and ROI optimization
