- • As a Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of performance marketing for leading SaaS and Tech companies, driving tangible business outcomes through our proprietary Customer Generation methodology. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional results for our enterprise clients, moving beyond traditional MQL metrics to focus on the ultimate goals: SQLs and actual Customers. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sophisticated paid media strategies across multiple channels. Your expertise will directly influence client success, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed their SQL targets.
- • You will take ownership of a collection of Paid Media accounts, acting as the strategic lead and trusted advisor. This involves deep dives into client businesses to understand their unique value propositions, market positioning, and overarching business objectives. Your role extends to building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as their direct support and ensuring seamless communication regarding campaign performance, strategic adjustments, and future planning.
- • A core responsibility is the meticulous creation and management of quarterly paid media strategies. This requires a forward-thinking approach, anticipating market trends and client needs to develop innovative campaigns that drive measurable growth. You will be adept at budget creation, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring maximum ROI across all paid initiatives.
- • Execution and optimization of PPC advertising campaigns will be central to your daily activities. This includes hands-on management of campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your expertise in keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, precise audience targeting, and continuous performance analysis will be critical to maximizing campaign effectiveness and achieving client objectives.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors or operational partners, ensuring alignment on tasks, maintaining high standards of work quality, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. This collaborative spirit is essential for delivering a cohesive and high-impact service to our clients.

Understanding the value and strategic application of Programmatic campaigns will also be a significant part of your strategic toolkit.
- • Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive client growth and achieve their specific goals, contributing to department-level OKRs. Building enduring client trust and fostering relationships that lead to consistent renewals is paramount. You will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services that align with client objectives, further deepening our partnership.
- • You will be responsible for your personal productivity and utilization, managing your workload effectively to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard. Regular communication with the Associate Director will ensure alignment on internal and client goals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on shared success.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in crafting high-performing paid strategies specifically for enterprise SaaS businesses. You will hone your analytical skills by interpreting campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel, translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- • You will be expected to articulate strategy clearly, tell stories with data, and demonstrate a deep understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization. Your ability to translate strategic direction into measurable results, particularly in relation to OCT (Objective, Critical Tasks, Timeline) or similar performance metrics, will be a key indicator of success.
- • The ideal candidate is both competitive and curious, possessing a genuine passion for problem-solving and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of the digital marketing industry. You are quality-obsessed, committed to delivering exceptional work without compromising ethical standards or your passion for advertising. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- • Occasional travel to visit clients (approximately once per year, per client, or as needed) will be required, providing opportunities for in-person relationship building and strategic alignment.
