- • Own end-to-end paid search strategy and execution for 3–5 B2B SaaS clients using Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and Microsoft Ads/Bing, with budgets ranging from $10K to $100K+ per month.
- • Build and launch full-funnel paid search programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals, not just leads or CPL, with accountability for ROAS, CAC, cost per opportunity, SQL conversion rate, and pipeline velocity.
- • Establish Omniscient Digital’s first paid media practice from scratch by setting up Google Ads MCC and Microsoft Ads agency accounts, defining access policies, and implementing client onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- • Collaborate with organic growth strategists to integrate paid search with SEO, GEO, and content data, using organic search intelligence to inform sharper paid targeting, keyword selection, and SERP-based campaign optimization.
- • Design and implement conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, and multi-touch models that tie paid search activity directly to pipeline generation and ARR impact, working closely with client marketing and sales teams.
- • Lead structured testing programs across keywords, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
- • Develop and document the Omniscient paid media playbook including SOPs, templates, QA checklists, and onboarding flows to ensure scalability and consistency across clients.
- • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting with business-level narratives that connect paid spend to pipeline outcomes, avoiding platform-only metrics and focusing on commercial impact.
- • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily for ad copy generation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, and reporting efficiency.
- • Prove unit economics within 90 days to justify scaling the paid media practice and contribute to pricing and packaging recommendations for paid media services.
- • Lead recruitment for the first paid search hire: source candidates, conduct first-round interviews and technical screens, design and grade a take-home or live audit exercise, and make a hire recommendation.
- • Lead the first 30 days of onboarding for the new hire, including account walkthroughs, system handoffs, and shadowing sessions.
- • Work with the Financial Controller to establish billing and invoicing workflows for paid media services.
- • Implement QA, escalation, and risk procedures to ensure campaign integrity and client satisfaction.
- • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing organic-only client accounts and support business development with paid search audits and proposals.
- • Deliver 2+ quantified case studies with measurable results within the first 6 months of hire.
- • Maintain client retention rate above 90% for paid search engagements.
- • Operate with high autonomy, minimal supervision, and a self-directed mindset in a lean, experimental agency environment.
