- • As a Paid Search Director at Wpromote, you will lead one of the most sophisticated and high-investment paid search engagements in the agency’s portfolio, managing over $100M in annual media spend for enterprise clients in complex industries such as SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platforms.
- • You will act as a deeply integrated extension of the client’s marketing team, owning paid search strategy, execution, and performance optimization while serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven insights.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative, and account teams to align paid search efforts with broader business goals, ensuring campaigns are scalable, efficient, and aligned with audience and product priorities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing large-scale, performance-driven paid search programs with significant media investment (typically $10M+ annually) in complex stakeholder environments.
- • Demonstrated success leading paid search strategy and execution for enterprise B2B clients, preferably in SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platform industries.
- • Strong ability to communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- • Expertise in enterprise search operations, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization across multiple products and audiences.
- • Experience working in fast-paced, agency or client-side environments with a focus on measurable ROI and continuous performance improvement.
