  • • As a Paid Search Manager at Jellyfish, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing efforts, specifically within the dynamic realm of paid search.
  • • You will report directly to the Paid Search Director, becoming a key contributor to our Paid Search team and the broader Global Paid Media capability.
  • • Jellyfish's Paid Media department is comprised of specialists adept at implementing all facets of paid search advertising, and you will be an integral part of this expert group.
  • • Your role will involve supporting some of the world's most prominent brands, leveraging our status as Google's global partner to access cutting-edge technology, sophisticated strategies, and comprehensive training, all while fostering enduring client relationships.
  • • A core responsibility will be the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns for your assigned client portfolio. This encompasses meticulous campaign setup, vigilant monitoring of performance, strategic optimization to maximize results, and in-depth performance analysis.
  • • You will be responsible for the creation and presentation of client-facing reports and studies, ensuring they meet Jellyfish's high brand standards for clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal.
  • • Contributing to Jellyfish's continued growth is a vital aspect of this role, which will involve actively participating in client pitches and business development initiatives.
  • • You will be a catalyst for continuous improvement by critically assessing Jellyfish's existing practices and methodologies, and by actively managing and nurturing working relationships with key ad networks.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve mentoring other team members, sharing your expertise, and guiding them in the implementation of comprehensive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies that are precisely tailored to the unique objectives of each client.
  • • Maintaining an in-depth, up-to-the-minute understanding of Jellyfish's competitive marketplace and the broader digital landscape is crucial. This includes staying abreast of all new ad formats, emerging technical solutions, and innovative projects within the paid search ecosystem.
  • • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of client businesses, identifying their core challenges and opportunities within the digital space.
  • • Translating client objectives into actionable paid search strategies and tactical plans will be a key function.
  • • Proactively identifying trends and insights within campaign data to inform strategic recommendations and drive performance improvements.
  • • Collaborating effectively with internal teams, such as creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • • Staying current with industry best practices, algorithm updates, and new platform features across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant paid search platforms.
  • • Managing budgets effectively to ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • • Developing and executing A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
  • • Contributing to the development of thought leadership content and case studies for Jellyfish.
