- • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the Waitrose client, acting as a valued member of their marketing team and delivering high-quality paid search campaigns.
- • Manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.
- • Execute day-to-day campaign implementation including bid adjustments, keyword optimizations, ad copy updates, and campaign launches within Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 platforms.
- • Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and budget allocation, making data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
- • Produce and present weekly and daily performance reports to clients, identifying trends, insights, and actionable learnings from large datasets.
- • Conduct end-of-month financial reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting of campaign spend and performance metrics.
- • Collaborate with the Investment team to support broader activation efforts across paid search, paid social, and SEO, with opportunities to expand skillsets beyond paid search.
- • Maintain strict attention to detail in all communications, reports, and campaign setups, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to QA processes.
- • Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance campaign performance and client outcomes, demonstrating an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
- • Engage in regular client communication, including weekly check-ins and presentations, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills.
- • Support planning tasks led by Executives, Account Managers, and Directors, contributing to media planning and strategic development.
- • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to deepen expertise in search marketing and platform technologies.
- • Work as a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of mutual development and high performance.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and campaign management; experience with PowerPoint is preferred for client presentations.
- • Maintain a calm, methodical, and organized approach when managing multiple priorities and large volumes of data under tight deadlines.

- • Proven experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with large datasets and performance metrics
- • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration
- • Attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and client communications
- • Ability to work proactively with initiative and confidence in proposing ideas
