đź“‹ Description
- • As a Paid Search & Social Manager at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of driving exceptional performance marketing strategies for our esteemed SaaS and Tech clients. This client-facing role is pivotal in delivering tangible results, focusing on Customer Generation – our proprietary methodology that prioritizes SQLs and actual customers over traditional, less impactful metrics. You will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and optimizing comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our clients consistently achieve their ambitious growth targets.
- • You will take ownership of a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients. This involves understanding their unique business objectives, market positioning, and value propositions to develop bespoke, data-driven strategies that align with their quarterly goals. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will be crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- • A key responsibility will be the meticulous creation, maintenance, and optimization of paid media budgets. This includes hands-on execution and ongoing refinement of campaigns across critical platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your expertise in keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, precise audience targeting, and strategic bid management will be paramount in maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) and achieving client objectives.
- • You will collaborate closely with vendors and operational partners, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, maintaining high standards of work quality, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our operational dynamics. This collaborative approach extends to internal teams, where you will work directly with the Associate Director to ensure alignment on both internal and client-facing goals and the achievement of department-level OKRs.
- • Success in this role is defined by your ability to drive measurable results, particularly in terms of client growth and goal attainment. You will be responsible for building client trust and fostering relationships that lead to consistent renewals and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services that genuinely benefit our clients' objectives. Your communication skills will be vital in clearly articulating campaign performance, strategic direction, and achieved results to client points of contact and executive leadership.
- • Beyond campaign management, you will play a role in ensuring the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, understanding the strategic value of Programmatic campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our Paid Media offerings. Your personal productivity and utilization will be key metrics, reflecting your efficiency and contribution to the team's capacity.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of PPC principles, coupled with the analytical prowess to leverage tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be expected to demonstrate proven, measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts, showcasing a unique perspective on how to drive value specifically for B2B SaaS and tech clients.
- • You are not just an executor but a strategic thinker, capable of translating complex strategies into compelling narratives supported by data. Your inherent curiosity and problem-solving nature will drive you to explore the cutting edge of the industry, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and knowledge sharing. We value individuals who are quality-obsessed, maintain a high standard of integrity, and possess the organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on excellence.
- • This position offers the unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in creating and managing high-performing Paid Media strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses, contributing directly to their success and the growth of Directive Consulting. You will be an integral part of a performance-driven agency that values innovation, client success, and a people-first culture.
