- • At loveholidays, we are on a mission to open the world to everyone, offering unparalleled choice, ease, and value for unforgettable getaways. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Paid Social & Display Manager to join our dynamic team and build our paid social and display capabilities from the ground up.
- • Reporting directly to the Director of Performance Marketing, this pivotal role will be instrumental in establishing and scaling a high-impact paid social and display channel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of a full-funnel strategy designed to drive significant incremental growth across the business.
- • Your core responsibility will be to develop and own the overarching paid social and display strategy. This will involve leveraging data-driven insights, staying abreast of the latest platform opportunities, and aligning all activities with overarching business objectives and ambitious growth targets.
- • You will be hands-on in launching, managing, and meticulously optimising paid social and display campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google Display Network, and Criteo. The goal is to build robust performance across all stages of the customer journey: awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- • A key aspect of this role is owning performance optimisation across critical levers such as audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution. You will expertly utilise platform algorithms, such as Meta's Advantage+ and Google's Smart Bidding, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and dynamic market priorities.
- • Continuous testing and experimentation will be central to your approach. You will rigorously test new audiences, creative concepts, ad formats, and landing page variations to consistently improve campaign performance, enhance scalability, and uncover new growth avenues.
- • Collaboration will be essential. You will partner closely with international market teams to ensure that paid social and display activities are effectively tailored to resonate with diverse audiences, specific geographies, and unique growth opportunities within each market.
- • You will work in tandem with our internal attribution team to refine and enhance our measurement capabilities. This collaboration will ensure a clear understanding of campaign effectiveness and ROI, driving more informed strategic decisions.
- • Building and nurturing strong internal relationships is crucial for success. You will collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing creative assets. This involves ensuring all advertisements are not only on-brand and customer-centric but also meticulously tailored to leverage platform best practices for maximum impact.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the paid social and display landscape, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. You will be empowered to make data-led decisions, drive innovation, and significantly contribute to loveholidays' continued success in the competitive travel market.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable communicating complex performance data and strategic plans to both specialist and non-specialist stakeholders.
- • Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind our paid social and display efforts, shaping the channel's future, delivering measurable results, and contributing to our mission of making travel accessible to everyone.
