• Reporting to the Paid Social Director, you will create impact within our Paid Social team and Global Paid Media capability.
• Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing paid digital media campaigns on several social networks platforms—Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and be accountable for the daily operations of a portfolio of accounts (pacing, QA, implementing optimizations, reporting & insights, campaign set-up) and collaborate with other teams and clients.
• Demonstrating an understanding of our book of business as it relates to paid social strategy. Collaborating with our client Strategy and Media Planning team in leading media plans and roadmap development.
• Establishing client relationships and providing valuable insights, optimisations, and testing opportunities.
• Taking an active role in leading weekly team statuses, delegating tasks and deadlines to other team members, and contributing to internal leadership projects.
• Supporting team leadership to promote important process implementation.
• Keeping ahead of industry trends. Working with the Paid Social Director in sharing best practices and new opportunities with the team.
• Retaining and growing client revenue to achieve company and team goals.
• Bringing new ideas and solutions to clients
• Ensuring account processes are upheld through rigorous QA and identifying areas for improvement.
• Pursuing opportunities to work and integrate social with broader planning efforts.
• Excelling in coaching and retaining team members, developing their tactical and account management skills, including insight writing.
• Developing direct reports during 1:1s, providing regular feedback
• Being an escalation point to resolve team and account issues.
• Supporting the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns in either Meta, TikTok or Pinterest ads.
• Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Experience in Paid Social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok. Knowledge in Campaign Manager 360.
• Great at structured working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to autonomously manage tasks and responsibilities.
