- • As a Paid Social Manager at Jellyfish, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing strategies, specifically within the dynamic realm of paid social media.
- • You will report directly to the Paid Social Director, contributing significantly to the Paid Social team and the broader Global Paid Media capability.
- • Jellyfish's Paid Media department is comprised of specialists adept at implementing all facets of paid social campaigns, and you will be a key player within this expert group.
- • Your role will involve supporting some of the world's most prominent brands, leveraging Jellyfish's status as a Google global partner to access cutting-edge technology, strategic insights, and comprehensive training, all while fostering enduring client relationships.
- • A core responsibility will be the meticulous management and accountability for the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This includes ensuring campaigns are on track (pacing), conducting thorough quality assurance (QA), implementing strategic optimizations, generating insightful reports, and overseeing campaign setup.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including client Strategy and Media Planning, as well as directly with clients, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- • A deep understanding of our clients' business objectives and how paid social strategy contributes to them will be crucial. You will actively participate in leading media plan development and roadmap creation, ensuring that paid social efforts are integrated and impactful.
- • You will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, consistently delivering valuable insights, identifying optimization opportunities, and proactively proposing and executing tests to enhance campaign performance.
- • Taking an active leadership role, you will guide weekly team status meetings, effectively delegate tasks and set clear deadlines for other team members, and contribute to internal leadership projects aimed at improving team efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will support senior leadership in the promotion and implementation of critical internal processes, ensuring consistency and best practices across the team.
- • Staying at the forefront of industry trends is paramount. You will work in tandem with the Paid Social Director to share best practices, emerging opportunities, and innovative approaches with the wider team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
- • A key performance indicator for your role will be the retention and growth of client revenue, directly contributing to the achievement of company and team financial goals.
- • You are expected to proactively bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to clients, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to paid social media marketing.
- • Rigorous QA processes will be essential to ensure account processes are consistently upheld, and you will be tasked with identifying and implementing areas for improvement within these workflows.
- • You will actively seek opportunities to integrate paid social efforts with broader client planning initiatives, ensuring a holistic and cohesive digital marketing approach.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve coaching and retaining team members, focusing on developing their tactical skills, account management capabilities, and particularly their ability to derive and articulate actionable insights from campaign data.
- • You will conduct regular 1:1 meetings with your direct reports, providing consistent, constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- • You will serve as a primary escalation point for resolving complex team and account issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and leadership.
- • You will contribute to the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management, creating resources that benefit the entire team and ensure scalability.
