  • • In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns across major platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Connected TV (CTV). Your day-to-day will involve meticulously planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies designed to significantly increase brand visibility, enhance recognition, and drive new user acquisition and lead generation. A critical aspect of your role will be conducting in-depth brand and website audits to thoroughly understand client value propositions, core products, and brand aesthetics, identifying key opportunities to differentiate them in competitive marketplaces. You will demonstrate an obsession with short-form and direct response creative, focusing on how to best sell products, construct compelling hooks, and strategically guide clients on the optimal allocation of their advertising spend behind winning creative assets. Furthermore, you will conduct rigorous competitive research to ensure campaign success and identify new acquisition audience targeting opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of 5-10 Paid Media accounts, encompassing platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest, with aggregate monthly spends ranging from $80,000 to $3 million, ensuring meticulous oversight and optimization.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to utilizing Platform Ad Managers, third-party reporting tools, and AI to derive actionable insights aimed at increasing client revenues month-over-month and effectively solving attribution challenges. You will maintain a religious mastery of crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CAC, iROAS, nCAC, MER, aMER, CTR, TSR, and Hold Rate, ensuring all campaign activities are aligned with these critical metrics. A deep understanding of industry-wide benchmarks across all stages of the e-commerce marketing funnel will be essential for informed decision-making. You will implement real-time, proactive, and reactionary ad-buying decisions across multiple platforms, responding swiftly to performance trends observed on ad platforms, requiring daily engagement with these environments. Proactively developing quarterly strategies for clientele, based on perceived success metrics, ad spends, Year-over-Year (YoY) performance metrics, and projections, will be a key deliverable. You will conduct deep dives into competitor research, industry best practices, and brand identity to effectively manage client expectations and continuously brainstorm innovative marketing initiatives, creative assets, and copy, followed by thorough results review.
  • • You will also be expected to understand and apply full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure new customer acquisition is healthy and integrated within the broader e-commerce ecosystem. Understanding specific client needs for success and preemptively delivering projections and forecasts that inform client quarterly strategies will be crucial. A willingness and openness to learn and understand e-commerce Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, with a comfortability engaging with financial metrics, is also a requirement for this role. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience within Paid Social, with a specific emphasis on Meta platforms, including a proven track record of building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
  • • 5+ years minimum managing paid social advertising for growing clients in the consumer space, with aggregate monthly spends exceeding $400k minimum.
  • • Mastery of the e-commerce marketing funnel, from offer and ad to landing page and conversion, with a strong understanding of core e-commerce revenue drivers and key metrics (CPA, CAC, iROAS, aMER, TSR, CTR, Hold Rate).
  • • Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and short-form video creative, including creative consultation for successful Paid Social Ads that convert.
  • • Background in data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results, with a willingness to learn and engage with e-commerce P&L statements and financial metrics.
