  • This role operates under our proprietary "Customer Generation" methodology, which prioritizes tangible outcomes like Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers over traditional metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You will report directly to the Associate Director and play a pivotal role within our dedicated social media team. This is a unique chance to be on the ground floor of a specialized agency experiencing significant expansion.
  • The Paid Social Manager (with an internal title of Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, responsible for communicating campaign performance, developing bespoke strategies, and executing all paid media deliverables. A significant focus of this role will be on crafting and optimizing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies specifically tailored for B2B businesses.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing and strategically leading a diverse portfolio of social media advertising accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ABE Global's best practices.
  • Serving as the direct, trusted point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships built on transparency and results.
  • Collaborating closely with vendors and operational partners on a weekly basis to ensure seamless execution, maintain high work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Developing comprehensive, data-informed social media strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, outlining key objectives, tactics, and expected outcomes.
  • Expertly creating, managing, and optimizing paid media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve client goals.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRM systems, facilitating seamless lead management.
  • Maintaining high personal productivity and utilization rates while consistently delivering exceptional work.
  • Working in close partnership with the Associate Director to ensure both internal team and client-specific goals are met and exceeded.
  • Developing a nuanced understanding of the value and application of programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader paid social strategy.
  • Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships and leveraging your professional network.
  • Executing and meticulously optimizing advertising campaigns within the LinkedIn platform, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing sophisticated targeting strategies (TAM development), and leveraging various ad units to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for client presentations, effectively communicating campaign successes and strategic recommendations.

Building enduring client trust and relationships that foster consistent renewals, identifying and executing strategic cross-sells, and clearly communicating results to client executives will be paramount. Exceptional strategic decision-making regarding account direction will be a hallmark of your success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working at a performance-driven digital marketing agency, with demonstrable hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with a specific and strong emphasis on LinkedIn Ads, including proficiency with various ad units (e.g., Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV).
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Excel, or other advanced analytics platforms to drive data-informed optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing mid-market or enterprise-level accounts, with a track record of achieving measurable results and exceeding client objectives.
