  • • As a Paid Social Manager, you will be at the forefront of client success, working directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for communicating campaign performance, developing bespoke, high-impact strategies, and meticulously executing paid media deliverables. This role is particularly focused on building and optimizing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies tailored for B2B businesses, a core area of our expertise.
  • • Your responsibilities will be multifaceted and critical to our clients' success and our agency's growth. You will be entrusted with overseeing and leading a portfolio of social media accounts, acting as a direct and trusted advisor to client contacts. This involves fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication not only with clients but also with any external vendors or operational partners. You will proactively engage with these partners on a weekly basis to guarantee alignment on assigned tasks, uphold the highest standards of work quality, and collaboratively identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves strategic planning and execution. You will be responsible for architecting comprehensive social media strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, ensuring these strategies are aligned with their overarching business objectives. This includes the adept creation, diligent maintenance, and continuous optimization of paid media campaign budgets to maximize return on investment. A deep and nuanced understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions is paramount to developing effective strategies.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our client data and processes. This includes confirming the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, which is crucial for effective lead management and sales follow-up. You will be accountable for your personal productivity and utilization, ensuring efficient time management and contribution to team goals. Close collaboration with the Associate Director is essential to guarantee that both internal agency objectives and client-specific goals are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • The role also demands an understanding of broader digital advertising principles, including the value and application of programmatic campaigns. You will be empowered to drive growth opportunities for Abe by identifying and nurturing cross-sell, upsell, and referral possibilities through your established client relationships and professional network.
  • • On the execution front, you will be hands-on in optimizing advertising campaigns within LinkedIn. This encompasses crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting strategies (TAM development), and implementing precise audience segmentation based on factors like tier and job title to achieve maximum ROI. Your ability to translate complex campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives will be key to client communication and strategic refinement.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody Abe's core values in every interaction, effectively manage a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet or surpass department-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your primary KPIs will revolve around client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and Client Satisfaction scores. Building enduring client trust and strong relationships will be crucial for fostering consistent renewals and driving organic growth through cross-selling services that genuinely align with client objectives. Ultimately, you will be recognized for your exceptional decision-making capabilities, particularly in shaping the strategic direction of client accounts, and your talent for clearly communicating results to client points of contact and executive stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a performance-focused digital marketing agency, with demonstrable hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
  • • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with a specific and advanced understanding of LinkedIn Ads, including various ad units (e.g., Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV).
  • • Proficiency in utilizing key advertising platforms and analytics tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and other relevant data analysis platforms.
  • • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable results (OCT).
  • • Strong understanding of core paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies and data into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
