- • Lithia & Driveway (LAD) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Social Specialist to join our growing advertising team. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape and execute paid social media strategies for our extensive network of automotive dealerships across the USA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative paid social campaigns.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all internal paid social media marketing campaigns. This includes developing tailored social media strategies in collaboration with our dealerships, ensuring seamless integration of shared pixels and catalogs with third-party partners, and continuously optimizing campaign performance to achieve key business objectives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve setting up and meticulously managing paid social advertisements across major platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, with the potential to expand to other relevant channels. A critical aspect of your role will be conducting thorough research to identify and define specific target audiences, enabling granular targeting within each ad set to maximize reach and relevance.
- • You will be tasked with actively monitoring campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This involves a deep dive into performance data, formulating data-driven hypotheses, and rigorously testing new approaches and creative strategies to enhance results. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying high-performing and underperforming dealerships based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • A significant part of your contribution will be providing clear, concise, and store-specific reporting. This will be done on a regular, established frequency, as well as on an ad-hoc basis upon request. You will also play a vital role in the development and automation of comprehensive scorecard reporting, streamlining the process and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the technical setup of new pixels and catalogs for new accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and data flow. A key operational duty will be the administration of Facebook Business Manager assets, maintaining organization and compliance within the platform.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to campaign management, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the paid social media landscape. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration with dealership teams and internal marketing stakeholders will be essential for success.

- • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, including audience research and targeting.

- • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and various reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and identify trends.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, store-specific reporting and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
