- • As a Paid Social Strategist at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel Paid Social campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit. Your primary objective will be to drive significant growth in new customer acquisition, revenue, and customer lifetime value (LTV) for our clients.
- • You will leverage a data-driven approach, combined with creative insights, to make informed strategic decisions. This involves rigorously testing hypotheses, identifying winning strategies, and scaling successful initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency.
- • A core aspect of this role involves utilizing Tinuiti's proprietary technology, including the Bliss Point product suite, and platform-specific automation tools (e.g., Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance) to strategically allocate spend where it yields the best performance, thereby minimizing waste and maximizing return on investment.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within your assigned "Pod," including Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point specialists, and Client Leadership. This collaborative environment fosters the development and documentation of best practices, transforming them into repeatable and scalable playbooks for broader agency adoption.
- • **Client-Centric Approach:** Translate overarching business objectives into comprehensive Paid Social strategies that encompass prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty initiatives. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations with clients, articulating strategic options, explaining potential trade-offs, and reporting on campaign performance in a clear, concise manner that directly links results to tangible business impact.
- • **Adherence to The Tinuiti Way:** Integrate strong Paid Social expertise, encompassing creative, audience segmentation, and signal optimization, with a growing understanding of multi-channel marketing efforts, including Search, Commerce, CRM, and Creative. You will play a key role in educating both clients and internal team members, meticulously documenting successful strategies and tactics to ensure knowledge sharing and reusability across the agency.
- • **Product-Led Execution:** Proactively employ advanced platform features and automation capabilities to enhance campaign outcomes. This includes mastering tools like Meta Advantage+ for campaign optimization, value-based bidding, and Conversions API (CAPI) integration; TikTok's Smart Performance campaigns; and Pinterest's Performance+ features. The strategy involves initiating small-scale tests to validate value before scaling, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- • **Leveraging Bliss Point Insights:** Apply critical insights derived from Tinuiti's Bliss Point product suite—encompassing Forecasting, Always-On Incrementality testing, Creative Insights, and Brand Equity analysis—to inform budget allocation, guide testing frameworks, and shape creative and audience strategies. You will also provide valuable feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement of these tools.
- • **Data & Measurement-Driven Decision Making:** Design and implement practical, statistically sound testing methodologies, including holdout or lift tests whenever feasible, and robust A/B tests as alternatives. Clearly define success metrics in advance and maintain a consistent cadence for analyzing and reporting on test results.
- • **Ensuring Data Integrity:** Maintain the health and accuracy of data tracking mechanisms, including pixels, CAPI, event mapping, and UTM parameters within Google Analytics 4 (GA4). You must be adept at identifying and communicating the limitations of available data when formulating recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- • **Owner Mindset and Continuous Improvement:** Demonstrate a proactive and agile approach to campaign management, consistently meeting commitments and actively working to reduce inefficiencies such as creative fatigue, audience overlap, and unnecessary learning-phase resets. You will actively contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your Pod, championing the adoption of enhanced working methodologies.
