- • The Panel Recruitment Coordinator is a part-time contractor role supporting Maze Labs’ Panel Operations team by executing participant recruitment orders for user research studies, ensuring accurate setup, timely launch, and target fulfillment across the vendor network.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include placing and managing recruitment orders with panel vendors, reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, monitoring order progress and fulfillment, proactively flagging issues or delays, troubleshooting common fulfillment challenges like low incidence or screener drop-off, maintaining accurate order records, and supporting quality checks on participant responses.
