- • Assist in maintaining litigation and pre-litigation files for matters across the enterprise, ensuring accurate documentation and organization of sensitive legal materials.
- • Interact with internal teams and external resources including insurance carriers and outside law firms to coordinate case-related activities and information exchange.
- • Draft business letters, memorandums, and other professional correspondence with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- • Manage large volumes of electronic documents by organizing, indexing, updating, and tracking files, with increasing responsibility as familiarity with systems and processes grows.
- • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to gather necessary information for the Legal Department and disseminate relevant updates appropriately.
- • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, practices, and personnel, particularly as they relate to the brokerage business and legal support functions.
- • Build and sustain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external legal and insurance contacts.
- • Perform project management tasks as assigned, including tracking deadlines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of assigned legal support initiatives.
- • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive legal and business information.
- • Demonstrate digital fluency by efficiently using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel to support daily legal operations.
- • Willingly learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in legal support functions.
- • Work within EST business hours (8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday) to align with the U.S.-based Legal Department and operational needs.
- • Operate in a fully remote capacity while ensuring consistent availability and responsiveness during core business hours.

- • Perform duties requiring prolonged periods of sitting and sustained focus on computer-based tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment working specifically on litigation and pre-litigation disputes
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
- • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent written and organizational skills
- • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and digital systems
- • Must be based in India
