- • As a Paralegal in Corporate and Compliance at Spotify, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s legal and regulatory obligations as a global public technology and media leader, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and securities regulations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with corporate governance matters, maintaining corporate records, coordinating stock administration and SEC filings (including Forms 3, 4, 5, and 10-K/10-Q), supporting board and committee materials, and tracking compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- • You will work closely within Spotify’s Corporate Legal and Global Compliance teams, collaborating with finance, HR, and other cross-functional partners to support a culture of integrity and accountability across a fast-paced, innovative organization.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, global tech environment, while developing project management and stakeholder communication skills essential for advancement in corporate legal careers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate law, securities, or compliance
- • Experience with SEC filings (e.g., Forms 3, 4, 5, 10-K, 10-Q) and stock administration
- • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance frameworks
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal entity management systems
- • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
