- • The Paralegal II role at TrueML, Inc. supports the legal team in managing legal matters related to the company’s mission of improving financial experiences for distressed borrowers through machine learning-driven customer engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and compliance materials, maintaining case files, supporting litigation readiness, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in the financial technology sector.
- • TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company that combines data science, financial services expertise, and customer experience innovation to build technology that treats borrowers with dignity and aims to prevent exclusion from the financial system.
- • The Paralegal II will gain hands-on experience in fintech legal operations, deepen knowledge of consumer finance regulations (such as FDCPA, FCRA, and state lending laws), and contribute to ethical, compliant product development in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
