📋 Description

• Manage complex legal documents including contracts, corporate records, correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Research and analyze complex issues in health care law affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies, customers, and pharmacies
• Negotiate with customers, external vendors, outside/opposing counsel and government agencies to address and resolve legal issues
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and serve as the liaison between legal department and assigned business area
• Represent Prime's legal department to internal and/or external groups on projects or contracts by leading or participating in various meetings
• Research and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Provide guidance by training, coaching, or mentoring other paraprofessionals and/or other staff
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• Paralegal certificate
• 5 years of relevant work experience
