- • This part-time bilingual account application processing analyst role supports Interactive Brokers’ New Accounts team by verifying client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance, playing a key role in onboarding global clients securely and efficiently.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include translating documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese, processing institutional and retail client applications, verifying proof of identity and address, cross-referencing databases for AML/KYC compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and corresponding with clients and service representatives.
- • The role is part of the Application Support Group within a global financial services leader known for cutting-edge technology and client commitment, operating in over 15 countries and serving clients in over 200 territories.
- • The successful candidate will develop expertise in financial services operations, regulatory compliance (AML/KYC), document verification, and cross-border client onboarding while working in a dynamic, multinational team with opportunities for growth and skill advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
- • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
- • Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
- • High preference for multi-lingual candidates with professional written and spoken communication (especially Chinese)
- • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services preferred (recent graduates with relevant degrees and strong aptitude also considered)
