- • This part-time bilingual account application processing analyst role supports Interactive Brokers' New Accounts team by verifying client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance for account openings, playing a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of the brokerage’s global client onboarding process.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include translating documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese, processing institutional and retail client applications, reviewing proof of identity and address, cross-referencing databases for AML/KYC compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and corresponding with clients and service representatives, all while committing to a minimum of 30 hours per week with weekend availability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese languages
- • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services preferred (recent graduates with relevant degrees and demonstrated aptitude also considered)
- • Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
- • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
- • Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
