ďż˝ Description

  • • Drive brand success in-store as a Part-Time Merchandiser for Footprint Retail Services, the nationally recognized leader that has partnered with top-tier retailers for over two decades to deliver total onsite management excellence. Your work will be the critical link between corporate strategy and the shopper experience, ensuring every product is positioned to sell.
  • • Own and expertly manage a predetermined territory—typically 6–10 stores—becoming the trusted face of Footprint Solutions to store managers, department leads, and associates. By forging strong relationships, you’ll secure prime shelf real estate, expedite approvals for new displays, and become the go-to expert whenever questions arise about plan-o-grams, promotions, or inventory flow.
  • • Execute flawless merchandising programs by implementing plan-o-gram updates with precision. You’ll reset shelves, end-caps, and freestanding displays to exact brand and retailer specifications, ensuring every SKU is front-facing, correctly priced, and visually compelling. Your meticulous eye for detail turns corporate vision into on-floor reality and directly influences sales lift.
  • • Maintain optimal inventory levels through proactive stocking and back-stock organization. You’ll scan for outs or lows, pull product from storage, and rotate stock to guarantee freshness and full shelves. Shoppers will never encounter an empty peg or expired item on your watch, protecting both brand reputation and retailer revenue.
  • • Capture and transmit critical data via handheld surveys and audits. You’ll document plan-o-gram compliance, promotional signage placement, pricing accuracy, and competitive activity, then upload findings the same day. These insights feed directly into strategic decisions made by Footprint, its brand partners, and retail executives, giving your work measurable impact.
  • • Support high-impact projects such as store remodels, new-store grand openings, and seasonal resets. You’ll transform blank floors into fully shoppable environments—installing fixtures, applying graphics, and stocking initial assortments. Your hands-on contributions set the tone for the customer experience from day one and often earn public recognition from store leadership.
  • • Safeguard high-value merchandise by applying security tags, spider wraps, and anti-theft devices accurately and discreetly. You’ll balance loss-prevention requirements with an inviting shopping atmosphere, ensuring products remain accessible while minimizing shrink.
  • • Work independently within your assigned territory, planning efficient daily routes that maximize productivity and minimize drive time. You’ll schedule your own store visits within retailer-approved windows, manage your mobile office (personal vehicle), and stay connected to your District Manager via phone, text, and a user-friendly mobile app for real-time guidance and feedback.
  • • Enjoy true schedule flexibility with variable, part-time hours—typically 15–25 per week—ideal for parents, students, retirees, or anyone seeking supplemental income without sacrificing lifestyle. Peak periods such as holiday resets may offer additional hours for those who want them.
  • • Represent iconic brands you already know and love, gaining insider knowledge of how national CPG companies bring new products to market. You’ll see first-hand how packaging, pricing, and placement decisions are made, turning everyday shopping trips into a behind-the-scenes masterclass in retail marketing.
  • • Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism by adhering to all company and retailer policies, wearing provided branded apparel, and maintaining a neat, organized vehicle. Your polished appearance and courteous demeanor reinforce Footprint’s reputation for reliability and excellence.
  • • Earn a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 while building transferable skills in retail operations, planogram compliance, inventory management, and customer service—competencies that open doors to advancement within Footprint’s District, Regional, and Corporate teams or the broader retail industry.
  • • Receive comprehensive, paid training that covers everything from basic resets to complex installations, plus ongoing support through a dedicated District Manager and a 24/7 help desk. You’ll feel confident and valued every time you walk into a store, knowing you have the tools and backing to excel.
