ďż˝ Description

  • • Be the guardian of fair play: from your remote workstation you will watch every card dealt, every wheel spun, and every chip stacked across ARRISE’s global Live Casino studios, ensuring that more than 5,000 daily game rounds meet the highest standards of honesty and regulatory compliance.
  • • Own the surveillance lifecycle: monitor multi-camera HD streams in real time, flag anomalies within 30 seconds, create tamper-proof evidence packs, and hand them to Risk & Compliance teams with concise executive summaries that stand up to regulator, auditor and licensee scrutiny.
  • • Act as the first line of defense against collusion, advantage play, technical cheating and procedural drift; maintain a rolling “heat-map” of player and dealer behaviors, update watch-lists and trigger proactive alerts that protect ARRISE’s reputation and revenue.
  • • Lead incident response: when a suspicious pattern is detected you will lock down relevant video, coordinate with pit bosses, shift managers and the on-duty fraud analyst, and draft a preliminary investigation report before the table re-opens—keeping downtime under 2 minutes.
  • • Mentor a distributed team of Surveillance Controllers across Malta, Romania, Bulgaria and India; run daily huddles, weekly calibration sessions and quarterly tabletop exercises so that every operator applies the same lens of integrity, no matter the time zone.
  • • Drive continuous improvement: analyze six months of incident data, spot recurring blind spots, recommend new camera angles, AI detection rules or procedure tweaks, and present a business case that could reduce false positives by 20 % while catching more true positives.
  • • Champion regulatory readiness: prepare evidence folders for UKGC, MGA, AGCO and DGOJ audits, host remote walk-throughs with inspectors, and ensure that every clip, timestamp and chain-of-custody log meets the strictest jurisdictional standards.
  • • Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to beta-test new optical character recognition (OCR) and computer-vision tools, feeding back ground-truth labels that improve machine-learning models for card recognition, chip counting and dealer-error detection.
  • • Publish a monthly “Integrity Insight” newsletter to 300+ internal stakeholders, translating surveillance metrics into digestible visuals that show how our protective actions saved estimated €X in exposure and strengthened player trust.
  • • Maintain absolute discretion: handle sensitive personal data, high-value player profiles and proprietary game mechanics with GDPR-grade confidentiality, ensuring that access rights, encryption keys and retention policies are never compromised.

ďż˝ Requirements

  • • 4+ years of hands-on surveillance or fraud investigation experience within iGaming, preferably Live Casino, with expert knowledge of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker procedures.
  • • Proficiency with enterprise-grade CCTV/VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec) and intermediate Excel skills to build pivot-based incident dashboards.
  • • Demonstrated ability to write clear, regulator-ready investigation reports in English; fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Romanian or Hindi) is a strong plus.
  • • Leadership mindset: prior experience training, coaching or supervising a small team, and comfort making real-time decisions under pressure.

️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote, shift-flexible role with a €1,500 home-office stipend for dual-monitor ergonomic setup and 1 Gbps internet upgrade.
  • • Annual performance bonus up to 15 % of base salary, plus a discretionary “Integrity Hero” spot award paid in cash or stock options.
  • • 25 days paid leave plus birthday off, and the option to work from any ARRISE office worldwide for up to 30 days a year with travel covered.
  • • Private medical insurance for you and immediate family, mental-wellness allowance, and full access to LinkedIn Learning and industry surveillance certification courses.
