• • As a Part-Time Student Advisor at Think Academy US, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their children’s academic needs are met through effective course recommendations and enrollment assistance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in product training, addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, engaging potential clients, building relationships with parents, developing enrollment plans to meet targets, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
• • Think Academy US is a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group, an Ed-Tech company providing K-12 extracurricular learning services through science and technology, serving over 6 million students weekly across online and offline platforms.
• • In this role, you will develop strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience in education sales, customer engagement, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-growing Ed-Tech environment.
