📋 Description

• • The Participant Recruitment Coordinator role is critical to ensuring smooth, patient-centered clinical trial operations at Lindus Health, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate access to breakthrough treatments by improving trial efficiency and data integrity.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting participant-facing tasks such as screening calls and follow-ups, overseeing in-person procedures like MRI scans, maintaining participant trackers and Investigator Site Files (ISF), responding to CRO data queries, reporting adverse events (AEs/SAEs), and collaborating with trial teams to ensure seamless participant experiences.
