📋 Description

• Partner Account Manager at DailyPay, Inc. responsible for managing strategic banking partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and SLA accountability in card-related products and on-demand pay solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing partnership health, managing vendor invoices and escalations, developing quarterly business reviews, building performance dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve cardholder experience and program value.
• DailyPay is a NYC-headquartered worktech company transforming employee pay through on-demand pay solutions, serving top U.S. employers with operations nationwide and in Belfast, focused on financial well-being and inclusive, high-trust workplace culture.
• The role offers opportunity to develop expertise in card ecosystem operations, data-driven storytelling, vendor management, and strategic partnership leadership while contributing to financial wellness innovation at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Debit, prepaid, credit card experience required
• 5+ years of Operations, Vendor Management and Vendor Invoicing experience, preferably within the card ecosystem
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience mastering the report-building functionality (i.e. Tableau, Cognos, etc)
