• • As a Partner AI Deployment Engineer (P-ADE) at OpenAI, you will be at the forefront of enabling our partners across the EMEA region to successfully deploy and scale cutting-edge AI solutions built on the OpenAI platform.
• • This pivotal role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional collaboration skills to guide partners through the entire lifecycle of AI solution delivery, from initial concept to robust, production-grade deployment.
• • You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a designated portfolio of OpenAI partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success in leveraging our advanced AI capabilities.
• • Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of customer use cases and industries, requiring you to adapt and apply AI solutions effectively to meet unique business challenges.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with partner delivery teams, alongside internal experts such as Solutions Engineers (SEs), Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and fellow ADEs, to meticulously manage customer engagements.
• • The core objective is to transition these engagements from the design phase through to stable, scalable, and reliable production environments, accelerating the time-to-value for our partners and their clients.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to mitigate delivery risks by providing expert architectural guidance, hands-on integration support, and proactive troubleshooting during critical deployment phases.
• • You will play an instrumental role in helping partners operationalize their AI solutions, meticulously addressing crucial considerations such as scalability, reliability, security, and safety to meet the stringent demands of enterprise production environments.
• • By collaborating closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Applied AI, and Research teams, you will contribute to the broader strategy of driving enterprise adoption of AI through our partner ecosystem.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and disseminating best practices, contributing to a library of reusable deployment patterns, reference architectures, and comprehensive delivery guidance.
• • This knowledge sharing is vital for enabling repeatable and efficient execution across a multitude of partner engagements, thereby scaling our impact.
• • Acting as a technical quality and governance gatekeeper, you will rigorously assess deployments to ensure they align with OpenAI’s exacting standards and best practices, both pre- and post-go-live.
• • A crucial feedback loop involves capturing and synthesizing insights derived from real-world customer deployments.
• • These valuable insights will be systematically shared with the Applied AI, Research, and partner teams, directly informing improvements to delivery playbooks and the enhancement of our platform capabilities.
• • You will be empowered to prototype and integrate solutions, providing tangible demonstrations of AI's potential and guiding partners toward optimal implementation strategies.
