- • Own and scale LangChain’s regional partner ecosystem across EMEA as the first Partner Alliances Lead, building co-sell pipelines with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), global systems integrators (GSIs), and regional AI-focused consulting partners.
- • Lead joint co-sell motions with cloud field teams to convert partner alignments into closed deals, managing pipeline visibility and alignment across EMEA.
- • Manage LangChain’s operational presence in regional cloud marketplaces, ensuring hygiene in ACE/Cosell portals, program enrollment, and utilization of funding programs such as AWS ISV Accelerate and GCP AI Tracks.
- • Build and maintain active relationships with alliance managers, cloud architects, and AI practice leads at targeted systems integrators and boutique regional consultancies.
- • Collaborate closely with regional field sales, solution architecture, and customer engineering teams to map target accounts and enable seamless cloud co-sell motions.
- • Partner with marketing to design and execute co-branded technical campaigns, regional events, and developer-focused content that clear pipeline blockers and strengthen LangChain’s market position in EMEA.
- • Establish the operational blueprint for scaling partnerships across EMEA, transitioning from ad-hoc relationships to repeatable, measurable, and operationalized pipeline engines.
- • Drive structured revenue motions through partner alliances, ensuring alignment with LangChain’s GTM strategy and product offerings including LangSmith, LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents.
- • Maintain accurate CRM data and track partner activities with operational rigor to support high-signal communication with internal stakeholders.
- • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and senior partner stakeholders, producing concise internal documentation and delivering compelling presentations to global cloud partners.
- • Operate autonomously in a high-growth startup environment with limited structure, building processes as you execute and adapting quickly to evolving market and product dynamics.
- • Leverage technical fluency in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and enterprise developer tooling to credibly engage with architects, engineers, and enterprise decision-makers.
- • Contribute to LangChain’s mission of making intelligent agents ubiquitous by enabling enterprise adoption through strategic cloud and partner ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience managing cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development in EMEA with hands-on experience in hyperscaler co-sell programs (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Technical fluency to speak credibly with builders, enterprise architects, and engineering leaders on LLMs, agentic frameworks, and developer tooling within enterprise infrastructure
- • Proven ability to operate independently in a high-growth startup environment with minimal structure, building processes while executing
- • Strong pipeline management skills with clean CRM data, accurate tracking of partner activities, and high-signal communication to internal stakeholders
- • Masterful communication and influence skills, capable of crafting concise internal documents and presenting to senior global partner stakeholders
