  • • As a Partner Business Manager (MSP) at Horizon3.ai, you will drive revenue growth by expanding the company’s presence and adoption of the NodeZero platform through managed service providers across the EMEA region, playing a critical role in scaling cybersecurity solutions in a high-impact, remote-first environment.
  • • You will enable existing MSP partners on a defined list to grow their business portfolio by providing strategic support, technical enablement, and joint go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment between Horizon3’s offerings and partner capabilities to unlock new revenue streams.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting marketing events to increase MSP awareness of Horizon3’s solutions, generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partner collaboration, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking to meet quarterly revenue and profitability goals.
  • • You will act as a key liaison between MSP partners and internal engineering and marketing teams, identifying and resolving product-related issues such as quality gaps, delivery delays, or design concerns to improve partner satisfaction and solution fit.
  • • Maintaining a high level of activity is essential—you will consistently engage with partners, pursue new opportunities, and manage your territory with discipline to ensure pipelines are robust and quotas are met or exceeded.
  • • You will leverage your experience in solution-selling and target-account-selling techniques to navigate complex technical sales cycles, present cybersecurity concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and close deals with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • • Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to operate autonomously while staying aligned with company goals, all while traveling up to 50% of the time to engage with partners and attend events across EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of proven success in cybersecurity technology sales
  • • 1+ years of experience selling to or through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • • Proficiency in selling cybersecurity solutions to and through MSPs
  • • History of consistently meeting quotas using solution-selling or target-account-selling techniques
  • • Ability to grasp complex technical challenges in networking and security from a business perspective
  • • Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities with a track record of negotiating and closing deals in a designated territory
  • • Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers
  • • Proficient in presenting technical solutions and business concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • • Self-driven, capable of problem-solving and operating with minimal supervision
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on, proactive attitude
  • • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
