Partner Development Manager, Global Networks

📋 Description

• • As a Partner Development Manager, Global Networks at Stripe, you will lead one of the company’s most critical network partnerships, directly influencing product strategy and revenue growth by managing relationships with key financial infrastructure partners like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• • Day to day, you will manage partner health, build internal business cases, negotiate and execute commercial deals, coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, finance, and risk, and align internal and external stakeholders to drive joint initiatives and new offerings that benefit Stripe users.
• • You will join Stripe’s Network Partnerships team within the Partnerships organization—a strategic unit responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with global card networks that are foundational to Stripe’s ability to deliver innovative payment solutions at scale.
• • In this role, you will develop and execute long-term partnership strategies, use data to inform decisions, manage multi-year strategic plans, and hone your ability to lead complex, high-stakes initiatives as an individual contributor with general manager-like influence across the organization.
