📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the education program for SonarSource SA's customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure the education program aligns with the company's product roadmap and customer needs.
• Develop and deliver training content, including workshops, webinars, and online courses, to educate customers on the use of SonarSource SA's products and services.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer pain points and develop targeted education programs to address these needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform the development of the education program and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI code verification and governance, and apply this knowledge to the education program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the education program and SonarSource SA's products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the education program.
• Identify opportunities to expand the education program to new customers and partners, and develop strategies to achieve this.
• Work with the operations team to ensure the education program is delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and manage the education program budget, and ensure that expenses are aligned with the company's financial goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in education program management, preferably in a software or technology company.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful education programs that meet customer needs.
• Strong understanding of AI code verification and governance, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to inform the development of the education program.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI code verification and governance.
