- • As Partner Enablement & Success Manager at Lemlist SAS, you will build and scale the partner enablement and co-marketing function from the ground up, directly impacting partner productivity, pipeline generation, and long-term program success across Lemlist and Claap products in multiple European and global markets.
- • You will own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to activation, ensuring partners are equipped to sell effectively and motivated to co-sell, by creating enablement assets, defining co-selling processes, and driving measurable outcomes like time-to-first-SQL and partner NRR.
- • You will design and launch structured onboarding programs, certification paths, product training modules, battlecards, and objection handling guides, while establishing repeatable processes for partner engagement and performance tracking in partnership with RevOps and internal sales teams.
- • You will lead co-marketing initiatives including co-webinars, joint content creation, co-branded lead generation campaigns, and in-person event representation, aligning partner activities with broader marketing strategies to generate attributable pipeline.
- • You will collaborate closely with two Partnerships Managers (FR/EU and US/UK) and the VP of Partnerships to ensure consistency across geographies and partner types (Solutions, Service), while contributing to the strategic evolution of the partner program.
- • You will monitor partner performance, identify at-risk partners, surface expansion opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to inform partner strategy and resource allocation.
- • You will help transition co-marketing from opportunistic efforts to an intentional, tracked, and scalable engine that contributes consistently to lead generation and revenue.
- • You will lay the foundation for a Partner Academy by building certifications, training modules, and IRL enablement events that position Lemlist as a top-tier partner in the eyes of collaborators.
- • You will develop deep expertise in both Lemlist and Claap products, enabling you to translate complex capabilities into clear, actionable partner-facing content that drives adoption and co-selling success.
- • You will operate in a high-impact, fast-moving environment where your work directly shapes the foundation of a growing partner program, with clear ownership and visibility into results.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Sales Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proven ability to build enablement content from scratch, including training decks, certification programs, and co-selling playbooks
- • Experience running co-marketing initiatives with external partners, such as joint webinars, co-branded campaigns, or events
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner onboarding and activation efforts in parallel
- • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking activation rates, time-to-first-SQL, and partner NRR to inform decisions
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical product features into compelling partner-facing materials
- • Native or near-native proficiency in both English and French
