- • As a Partner Engineer at Parafin Inc., you will serve as the technical counterpart on the post-sales side, owning integration execution, post-launch growth, and support while scaling the post-sales function operationally. This role is critical to ensuring strategic partners can seamlessly integrate Parafin’s financial tools—such as fast funding, spend management, and savings solutions—into their platforms, directly enabling small businesses to access essential financial services.
- • Day to day, you will own partner implementations by scaling technical onboarding, driving technical execution of new capital launches from planning to go-live, acting as the central point of contact for debugging critical issues, documenting integration processes, and serving as the voice of partners internally to influence product roadmap and API improvements. You will also scale partner support and operations by providing ongoing technical account management, optimizing integrations, building tooling and automation, monitoring partner integrations via telemetry and dashboards, and upholding technical documentation standards.
- • You will join a tight-knit team of innovators from Stripe, Square, Plaid, Coinbase, Robinhood, CERN, and more, united by a mission to help small businesses succeed. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical partner management, integration engineering, and post-sales GTM functions while influencing product direction through real-world partner feedback. You will gain exposure to complex fintech systems, scale your ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments, and build a track record of delivering exceptional partner experiences that drive adoption and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles, preferably in post-sales engineering, software integration, technical partner support, customer success engineer or technical GTM engineer
- • Strong engineering background with fluency in at least 2 programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- • Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components
- • Comfortable exploring and navigating Parafin's codebase, particularly with proficiency in React, Scala, and Python
- • Proficiency in crafting clear technical documentation for effective knowledge sharing and troubleshooting
